To have a lifestyle that guarantees that all properties are maintained to a high quality standard, Monarch Country Club residents are required to adhere to a set of Documents that detail our Covenants and Restrictions. To assist the residents a full time Property Manager and an elected Homeowners Association Board of Directors oversee the community to assure compliance with the documents.
Monthly Maintenance fees include living in a professionally landscaped community that is the envy of many of our neighboring communities. Fees include lawn maintenance, mulch, trimming of landscape, replacement of dead landscape material, power washing roofs, painting of homes every 6 years, irrigation of all lawns and bushes, maintenance of the irrigation system, digital cable TV and a high speed internet connection.
