Simon Cooney, Property Manager LCAM

Mr. Simon Cooney came to Monarch at the end of 2022.  He has been a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) for over 30 years.  Through Coastal Community Association Management, he coordinates and oversees the daily activities of the staff and vendors, for the property.  He advises the Board on issues around the community.  In addition, he obtains competitive bids for work to be done.  

Simon Cooney also reviews financials, creates annual budgets and verifies payables.  He oversees contract compliance and inspects work for quality.  He provides notice of Board of Directors meetings and all HOA meetings to the Membership.

Simon physically inspects the property for resident violations and overall appearance of the community.  He assists in identifying upcoming problems and gives advice on possible solutions.  He looks at the property for health, quality and functionality in the coming years.
